After refusing to compromise her values, Mo-yeon’s career takes an unexpected turn. The hospital board sends her to the war-torn region of Urk. Furious and disillusioned, she arrives only to discover that the base is led by none other than Captain Yoo Shi-jin. Their reunion is electric—part awkward, part fated. While adjusting to the intense desert heat and military discipline, Mo-yeon is thrust into life-saving surgeries, makeshift clinics, and unexpected bonding with the soldiers. She begins to understand the sacrifices that come with Shi-jin's job. Meanwhile, Shi-jin observes her resilience with newfound admiration. Amid dust storms and distant gunfire, a romance begins to bloom—not with candlelight, but courage.
