Song Min‑Hyung (birth name Song Gwi‑Hyun, 송귀현) was born on March 2, 1954 in South Korea. He studied Film and Drama at Dongguk University (Seoul Campus). Beginning his career as a child actor in 1966, he took a hiatus after his father’s death and returned to the screen in the mid-1990s. He made his mark on Korean television starting with Ugly Miss Young Ae in 2007, steadily building a career in supporting and character roles until his passing on April 3, 2024, after battling gallbladder cancer in Seoul.

He portrayed the restaurant owner in Flower of the Queen (2015), the President of U‑Entertainment in Full House Take 2 (2012), and chain‑sawing cameos in Bridal Mask and The King’s Doctor.
