Park Ji Eun (박지은), born in 1976 in South Korea, earned a Bachelor’s in Korean Language & Literature from Chonnam National University and later a Master’s in Film Arts from Sejong University Graduate School. She began her writing career in 1997, scripting radio shows like 2 O'clock Date with Yoon Jong-shin and I Want to Meet You, before transitioning to sitcoms and variety shows

Park’s breakout came with Get Karl! Oh Soo-jung (2007), quickly followed by her first solo drama Queen of Housewives (2009), earning her early acclaim. She cemented her reputation with blockbuster hits:
