Moon So‑ri (문소리), born July 2, 1974 in Busan, South Korea, is a graduate of Sungkyunkwan University where she studied education before pursuing acting. Known for her roots in stage theater, Moon began her career with the Hangang theater company and debuted onscreen in Lee Chang‑dong’s Peppermint Candy (1999).
