Kim Gap Soo

Began acting professionally in 1977, debuting in theater and later moving into television and film. Built a reputation over nearly five decades as one of South Korea’s most respected veteran actors.

Career highlights:

• Portrayed Hong Man‑dae, the Queens Group chairman and Hae‑in’s step‑uncle in Queen of Tears (2024).
• Known for roles in Hospital Playlist, Sweet Home, Fly, Gaecheon‑yong, Aide, Steel Rain, and Hot Blood.
• Continues to be active in major projects in 2025, including narrating a national Memorial Day ceremony broadcast on KBS.
